Valley's Organization Menu, features hot meals for luncheons or dinners at an economical price. We have specialized in serving these meals in a "Family Style" set-up.   In this "Family Style" set-up, all foods, breads, butter, plasticware, etc. are packaged in separate disposable serving trays for "each table".   They are labeled according to your "table breakdown" to match your seating plans.   This info should be supplied to us a day or two before the event.

Using this "Family Style" format we developed, your group of guests, large or small, will be served a hot delicious meal in a very short time.

If you prefer, the same meals, can be set up "Buffet Style" at the same economical prices.   Keep in mind when serving "Buffet Style", it will take longer to serve your group.   So consider a means of keeping food hot.
